The news broke today that Kalmbach Media sold several of its long-time titles, Trains, Model Railroader, Classic Trains, Classic Toy Trains, FineScale Modeler, and Astronomy to Firecrown Media, a Chattanooga-based firm. Firecrown is part of Craig Fuller's growing transportation-related business empire, which includes supply chain-focused website FreightWaves and FLYING magazine, among others.
